Terms of Use

By accessing or using HaulBadge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, carriers, brokers, and anyone who accesses HaulBadge.

HaulBadge is a carrier verification platform for the auto transport industry. We provide:

• Free DOT/MC number lookup using publicly available FMCSA data.
• Voluntary carrier verification — insurance, identity, and authority checks.
• HaulBadge IDs and QR codes for verified carriers to use at pickup.

HaulBadge is not a broker, carrier, or freight company. We do not arrange or facilitate shipments. We are a verification and information service only.

DOT lookup results are sourced from the FMCSA public database, which is maintained by the U.S. Department of Transportation. HaulBadge makes no warranty that this data is current, complete, or error-free. Always use your own judgment and verify information independently before entering into any transportation agreement.

HaulBadge verification does not guarantee the performance, reliability, or conduct of any carrier. A verified status means the carrier passed our document and identity checks at the time of verification — it is not an endorsement or guarantee.

If you register as a carrier on HaulBadge, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during onboarding.
• Upload only genuine documents — insurance COIs, government IDs, and authority letters must be authentic and current.
• Notify HaulBadge promptly if your insurance lapses, authority changes, or any submitted information becomes inaccurate.
• Not share your HaulBadge QR code with other carriers or drivers.

Submitting fraudulent documents or false information is grounds for immediate permanent ban and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You may not use HaulBadge to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download carrier data from the platform.
• Impersonate another carrier or use another carrier's HaulBadge ID or QR code.
• Attempt to manipulate or game the trust score or verification system.
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law.

HaulBadge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaulBadge Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to vehicle damage, payment disputes, fraud losses, or business losses resulting from reliance on information provided by HaulBadge.

The DOT lookup tool and carrier verification are tools to assist your due diligence — they do not replace it.

HaulBadge reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any carrier or user account found to be in violation of these terms, submitting fraudulent information, or engaging in conduct harmful to the platform or its users.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HaulBadge after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from use of HaulBadge shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
